You can receive the parcel at a private address (home, work), but never a post office box.
Orders will be delivered in 3-5 working days, for Baluchistan & KPK 5 - 7 Working Days would be required. These are standard shipping times, however these can vary due to unavoidable circumstances and our customer services can update you in these circumstances.
Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service Associate to ensure order accuracy. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, or any gazetted holidays will be sent for processing on the next working day. During rush hours or delays in verification of information, orders can face temporary delays. Orders placed through the online payment system have to go through a fraud status check and once cleared by our payment processor will be processed further. Payments will be collected from the shipping address for all cash on delivery methods. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email / SMS containing tracking information, be sure to check junk/spam folders as well.
The standard shipping fee is 200 for Lahore and 300 for other cities. We provide free shipping for orders valued above PKR 10,000 within Pakistan.
Please do not accept the shipment (s) if the package is already open.
The courier company attempts to deliver the parcel twice to your provided address, in case of no response, after two attempts the parcel will be sent back to ATGATT warehouse.
Order Cancellation - For cash on delivery orders, we follow the practice of verifying orders with a maximum number of 2 confirmation calls, if left unattended your order will be cancelled. Orders can be cancelled at the customer’s request any time before they are processed, ATGATT may cancel orders for any reasons which may include Out of stock items, incorrect mobile number, or technical errors.
